The Airport route is signposted. From Plaza San Martin (san Martin y Libertador) to the airport: Take Calle San Martin, Avenida Maipu, Calle Arenales, Avenida 9 de Julio, Motorway 25 de Mayo, Avenida TGL dellepiane and the Motorway TGP Richieri.
There are three terminals at Ezeiza, the International Terminal A, the Aerolineas Argentinas Terminal B and the National Terminal C, within walking distance of each other.
The National Aeronautical Police is the agency responsible for receiving any item found inside the Airport.

There is an information help desk located on the ground floor of Terminal A and is staffed from 8.30am to 7.30pm, daily and can also be reached by telephone on (0)11 5480 6111. Customer Services personnel, easily recognized in their red jackets, are available throughout the airport to provide information to passengers and to assist disabled passengers. Tourist information offices are located in Terminal A Arrivals as well as in the baggage reclaim hall in Terminal B Arrivals.
If you wish to buy items at the Duty Free, you are free to do so before or after going through the Immigrations checkpoint, provided you have your passport handy. Please remember that the products purchased at the Duty Free Shop are tax-free (they are duty-free) for an amount of US $300 in the case of individuals over 16-years of age, and of US $150 for minors. Only 50% of the amounts exceeding the figures stated above should be paid as customs duties. For more information, contact the Customs Division. This is the ideal place for the best shopping at duty free prices either before or after your trip.
Every foreign passenger who may have bought items in the country for an amount exceeding $70 at the stores adhered to this system (identified with a logo), must keep the payment slips to furnish them at the Customs Offices before boarding. There, officers will stamp a seal on such purchase slips to allow collection of the relevant refund. You may receive this refund in cash at the stand stated by the agency or with a check sent to your address or through a deposit to your credit card or bank account. The amount of the refund corresponds to the VAT charge (21 %) minus any administrative charge.

The airport has VIP lounges on the upper levels in Terminals A & B Departures. These facilities are for business-class passengers and club members only. VIP members can use the check-in facilities, bar, relaxation room, TV and showers. Access to the Internet, telephone and fax is available. There is a VIP lounge in Terminal A Arrivals.
