For the quickest transport to train stations we recommend using the Airport Express, which is timed to tie in with arrivals and departures of all SC Pendolino, Eurocity and Intercity trains. A fare of CZK 45 is charged on this route. The fare also covers travel from Holešovice Station to Prague Central Station if the passenger then continues his journey on Czech Railways trains from Central Station.

Procedure for parking:
1. Park your car at any passenger car park, we recommend using Parking C in the central area of the airport.
2. Take a parking ticket from the machine at the entrance to the car park.
3. After parking your car, ideally in a space reserved for holders of physical handicap passes ZTP-P, you need to take the parking ticket to the Airport Prague car park office, with a counter in the entrance hall on the ground floor of Parking C (in the elevator, press the button for 1).
4. In the Airport Prague car park office, after submitting your physical handicap pass ZTP-P and a document on the ownership of your car, you will be issued free of charge with a new parking ticket, with free exit from the car park.

UNAUTHORIZED PARKING
In the area of Prague – Ruzyne Airport, places for parking are well marked-out. If a driver parks a car where parking is prohibited and commits an administrative infraction according to Act No. 13/1997 Coll., the driver may have to deal with the towing service. The towing service will place the car to an area designated for towed away cars in Prague 6, K Letišti Street, behind the building of the Airport Prague.
The towing away of a car is reported in the central records of the CR Police and at the CR Police station of Prague 6 – Airport. Information can be obtained through emergency telephone line – 158.
The towed away cars may be collected at any time. You need to present
an identity document (identity card, passport or other incontestable document), and a certificate of roadworthiness of the vehicle.
A fee, determined by the ordinance of the Metropolitan Authority of the City of Prague, is charged for the tow away. You can pay in cash or with a credit card.
The towing service crews also have at their disposal vehicles with a hydraulic arm and a special vehicle designated especially for larger transport vehicles and document the whole process of the tow away. They are instructed to treat the property they handle with maximum care.
The number of passengers processed at the Prague airport in February increased by 6.2 % from the previous year

Prague's Ruzyne airport, which is the largest international airport in the countries currently applying for entry to the European Union, processed a total of 377 490 passengers in the month of February, which amounts to an increase of 6.2 % in that basic indicator compared with the previous year (in February 2002 the Prague airport - Ruzyni processed 355 440 passengers). There was even more dynamic growth in the indicators comparing the number of passengers transferred, which amounted to 18.5 %. Altogether 39 120 passengers used Prague as the transfer point on their journeys in the month of February.
Ing. Martin Kacur, the General Director of Czech Airports Authority and the Prague airport, noted: "The increased growth in the activity of the Prague airport is good news. Czech Airports Authority is currently implementing a number of steps in order to preserve the dynamic growth as much as possible in the coming period. Therefore we have actively prepared a possibility for airlines to make use of discounts of 50 % on landing fees in the event that war breaks out in the Persian Gulf - valid for a period of up to one month. At the same time the possibility of financial reductions on landing fees remain valid for airlines flying to newly-opened destinations."
Another key indicator of the traffic performance of the Prague airport, the number of aircraft movements, posted double-digit percentual growth. This increased by 11.7 % in comparison with the previous year, reaching a total amount of 7 299. In February of last year this indicator amounted to 6 534 aircraft movements.
Transported mail and freight attained a total yearly growth of 25.6 % in February. This comprehensive indicator amounted to 2 699 tons in February 2002 while one year later, in February 2003, it was already almost 3 390 tons. The mass of transported goods alone increased by 26.6 % to 3 012 tons while in the case of transported mail the annual increase amounted to 18 % to a total of 377 tons.
The new summer flight timetable comes into effect on Sunday, March 30th. With its introduction the offer of destinations that airline companies will fly to Prague from (or from Prague to) is continuing to expand. CSA, for example, is expanding its offer to include Cork in Ireland, Edinburgh in Great Britain, Tallinn in Estonia and, from June, America's Newark airport as well. Kuwait Airways should also begin flying to Prague as well (destination Kuwait - subject to security developments in the Persian Gulf region) as should the German low-cost airline, German Wings (destination Cologne). EasyJet also plans to connect Prague to Newcastle in the U.K.

Since October 2005, Prague Airport, in cooperation with T-Mobile Corporation, has provided access to the Internet using a high-speed, wireless connection called T-Mobile HotSpot. The service is available in lounges, restaurants and other areas of both Airport Terminals. Thus, passengers can use their pre-boarding time more effectively for work, leisure activities, etc.
T-Mobile HotSpot service is based on WiFi technology, running on the public band of 2.4 GHz; it provides high-speed Internet access of up to 11 Mbits. Such services provided on a regular basis by the majority of both European and world airports are mostly required by business people who need to have access to their corporate E-mail, corporate applications and the Internet at large. As a result of high-speed access, they can work with the same comfort as in their office, thus being able to effectively spend their waiting time.
The wireless Internet connection is fairly simple. In order to be able to take advantage of the service, one needs a PC equipped with WiFi signal reception hardware available with the majority of current notebook PCs; another option is an external receiver or a PDA. The log-in is carried out by entering your username and password on the Welcome Page.
