Car Park Information
Changi Airport has 3 public car parks to meet the needs of drivers and passengers.
Car Park A
This is an open-air car park with approximately 900 car lots and 100 motorcycle lots. Located next to Terminal 1, this car park is recommended for passengers departing / arriving at Terminal 1.
Car Park B and C
These are multiple storey car parks, with approximately 2,600 car lots and 600 motorcycle lots. They are located directly next to Terminal 2 and offers quick and sheltered access to the terminal building. Recommended for passengers departing /
Electronic Parking System
Car Parks A, B and C are managed by the Electronic Parking System. Payment is at the exit of the car parks via Cashcard or Autopass Card. Please insert your card into the in-vehicle unit (left). If your vehicle does not have the unit, please insert the card into a reader on the exit station. Printed receipts are available on request. Drivers should ensure that the CashCard or Autopass Card has sufficient value before leaving the car park. Top-up terminals that accept NETS payment are available in the terminal buildings and car parks for drivers to top-up their CashCard or Autopass Card. Drivers can also approach Car Park Service Counters for assistance.
Long Term Parking
Long term parking is available at the 3 car parks. There are no designed parking lots for long term parking and drivers are free to park at any available parking lots. Drivers are advised to ensure sufficient value in the CashCard or Autopass Card before exiting the car parks. Those with insufficient value may approach any Top-Up Terminals or Car Park Service Counters.
Complimentary Pick-Up / Drop-Off
For the convenience of passengers, Car Parks A, B and C provide complimentary 10-minute parking for pick-up / drop-off. Please note that the full parking charge would apply to cars and motorcycles that stayed in the car park beyond 10 minutes. The full parking charge is calculated from the time of entry.
